Request a Carer Support Kit

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING:

We prefer carers to order Carer Support Kits directly from us. If you are a service provider and would like packs for carers, please order a display copy and we can provide brochures. You can also call on the carer's behalf and we will send the pack directly to the carer.

A maximum of 10 Display copies of English Kits may be ordered by service providers. There is no limit on the other languages.

The information in this kit is most relevant for people living in New South Wales. If you live outside of NSW, you should contact the Carers Association in your state for a kit.

The kit comes in 13 languages including English and there is also an Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander kit. For your FREE Carer Support Kit, complete the form below & click on the "Send Request" button. Your personal details are treated with strict confidentiality.

The kit is available in 14 languages. There is also a pack tailored specifically for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent (ATSI).
