• Carer support groups
  Carer support groups allow carers to meet on a regular basis to discuss their caring situation, socialise, share information and offer each other support. There are currently around 400 groups operating across the state.
  
  
• Carer Support Kits
  Contain practical information for caring at home. Kits are available free of charge in English and in 13 community languages.

• Fact sheets
  Carers NSW produces several fact sheets with information about support for carers, financial assistance and legal issues.

• Information - regional service directories, brochures, posters, fridge magnets.
  
  
  
• Publications - reports, books, conference proceedings, training material.
  
  
• Carer Action Pack

  The pack includes information on how carers can raise their concerns with politicians, the media and services. The information may be of use if you are promoting an event, want to complain about a service or want to write a letter to a politician.
