We have a number of volunteers that come into the office to contribute their time and energy on a regular weekly or monthly basis. Many of our volunteers have been with us for many years. Some volunteers are former carers, whilst others aren't, however all volunteers see their role as an opportunity to contribute to society, and they do a fantastic job here at Carers NSW.
Without our volunteers, we would not be able to send out Carer Support Kits, Carers News Newsletter and other useful information to carers and service providers, nor would we be able to perform many of the other various duties they do for us. The staff at Carers NSW would be very overworked and stressed indeed if it was not for the commitment given to us from our precious volunteers.
