Carers NSW is the peak organisation for carers in NSW. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support services to the Chief Executive Officer, Board and our Executive Team.
Essential Criteria
• Substantial experience in an executive assistant role
• Ability to work closely and effectively with the Chief Executive Officer
• Experience in liaising with Board members
• Strong minute taking skills
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Diary management skills
• Effective time management skills
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Proficiency in office administration and office systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, competence in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• High level confidence and presentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
Salary: To be negotiated. Salary packaging is available.
